How long do pre orders take to ship?

All pre order timelines are specific to the date and product purchased. You can find preorder shipping estimates under the product page, during the time you make your purchase. 

Is free shipping available?

Free shipping is available for all US orders over $30 before taxes.

How do I report an issue with my order?

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to the correct address. What products are ideal for frizzy dry hair?

Our hair styling cream nourishes, enriches, and smooths dry hair, reducing frizz and flyaways. We recommend pairing it with a hair oil in air dried hair for maximum results.

What products are ideal for course, curly hair?

Both the styling cream and the hair wax stick would be a great fit. The styling cream bringing the moisture to the curls and the hair wax stick to slick and define hair around the hairline.

Are Salèe products vegan?

All Salèe products are vegan and cruelty-free.
